Week 1

Monday 05:00-12:00,

Wednesday 05:00-12:00,

Saturday 05:00-12:00.

Week 2

Sunday 06:00-15:00

Wednesday 05:00-12:00

Thursday 05:00-12:00.

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, where you'll champion our baked goods. We're seeking passionate individuals with a love for baking and bakery knowledge to bring fresh perspectives daily.

You'll be a brand ambassador, recommending our bakery products and delivering excellent service to make customers feel valued.

· Digital confidence is essential. You'll use digital tools like the Sparks App to enhance customer experience and ensure product availability.

Purpose

To deliver a great shopping experience by putting customers first and promoting our products. As the face of the business, you'll help us improve by representing our customers' voices.

Key Accountabilities

· Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points

· Keep the store clean, tidy, and stocked

· Achieve daily sales targets, promotions, and selling opportunities

· Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and provide remarkable service

· Build product knowledge to recommend our offerings

· Receive training to utilise digital tools and communication channels effectively
