Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Fridays: 8.30am-5.00pm
Saturdays 8.30am-5pm (with one weekday off)

The Role
You will be responsible for the following:
Property Valuations:
* Visit residential properties to assess market value
* Provide accurate pricing based on local market knowledge
* Advise vendors on pricing strategies to achieve a sale
Winning Instructions
* Pitch agency services to homeowners
* Convert valuations into signed listing agreements
* Compete with other agents to secure business
Client Relationship Management
* Build strong relationships with sellers
* Provide advice on presentation, staging, and timing
* Maintain regular contact throughout the selling process
Market Knowledge
* Stay up to date with local property trends
* Monitor comparable sales and market activity
* Advise clients on demand, pricing, and competition
Marketing Coordination
* Work with sales teams to launch properties
* Ensure listings are accurate and attractive
* Liaise on photos and online listings
Sales Pipeline Management
* Meet targets for instructions and listings
* Track leads, appointments, and conversions
* Report performance to branch manager
