* Start Dates: August / September 2025
* Salary: £12.85 per hour
* Location: Work From Home
* Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday (Part‑time not available)
* Training: 6 weeks
* Contract: Permanent
* Background Checking:

o Other associated checks
* No time off or holiday requests during training or the first few weeks after training.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year previous experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
* Customer‑centric, empathetic, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Confidence to handle difficult situations and conversations.
* Ability to work toward achievable targets.
* Proficiency to meet specified language proficiency scores (application will be assessed).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across telephone, email, webchat and social media channels.
* Use problem‑solving skills to support customers, resolve queries and create a positive experience.
* Ensure customer support complies with regulatory requirements that protect customers.
* Maintain excellent attention to detail.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the client’s processes and products to best support the customer.
