Food and Beverage Assistant, £25,396.80 per annum (£12.21 per hour), 40 hours per week (5 days)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
* Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
* Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
* Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
* Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
