Salary: Up to £17,000 per annum

Your Role:
* You will be ensuring all work is undertaken safely in line with legislation and company safety values while promoting a ‘Safety First Always’ culture.
* You will be supporting the Estates team by maintaining administrative processes, systems and accurate records across databases and IT systems.
* You will be acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and visitors, ensuring queries are handled efficiently or signposted appropriately.
* You will be liaising with team members, external stakeholders and contractors to coordinate workloads, access and completion of maintenance activities.
* You will be preparing documentation, including reports, letters, meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* You will be assisting with scheduling, timesheet checks, raising orders, and general office administration including filing and archiving.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) including Grade C in English Language and Maths, alongside an ECDL or equivalent computer qualification.
* Experience: Proven experience in office administration, ideally within a technical environment, with strong organisational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
* Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork and customer focus, with the ability to adapt to change, maintain attention to detail, and consistently deliver high-quality work in line with safety standards.
