Responsibilities As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will: Deliver a wide range of professional building surveying services, including project management, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and defect analysis. Manage and lead client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve client objectives. Contribute to business development through networking and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have: MRICS qualification with a strong track record of success in building surveying. Excellent knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
