Overview
The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, part of Circle Health Group, is looking for a Materials Assistant. This is a full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week, permanent. Salary up to £24,947 per year depending on experience, training and qualification.
Duties
* You are an active member of the Materials Department, involved in the day to day running of the department.
* Provide an effective and high‑quality materials management service to all internal customers.
* Ensure stock availability through correct order processing and replenishing of pre‑approved stock and products for central stores or on behalf of hospital departments.
* Maintain all departmental paperwork and files in good order with reference to accuracy, appropriateness and availability.
* Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
Qualifications
* A minimum of GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent.
* Proficiency in the use of a PC, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Able to work on own initiative without close supervision.
* Customer service skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
