People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh.

Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
* Flexible start and finish times depending on business needs
Salary:
* £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus potential

Day-to-day duties:
As a Field Sales Representative, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Managing and growing existing wholesale accounts
* Identifying and winning new business opportunities within your territory
* Visiting clients face-to-face to build strong, lasting relationships
* Presenting and promoting products through meetings and demonstrations
* Negotiating pricing, terms and closing deals
* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to order completion
* Ensuring excellent customer service to drive repeat business
* Updating CRM systems with activity, pipelines and forecasts
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Field Sales Representative, you will need:
* Proven experience in B2B field sales, wholesale or account management
* Strong track record of winning new business
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
* Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience:
* Experience within wholesale, distribution or FMCG sectors
* Knowledge of managing regional sales territories
Training:
* Full training provided with ongoing support and development
