We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Commission Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. Please note this is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days a week in our Dundee hub.
What You'll Do
1. Calculate the monthly achievement of sales compensation validating that all supporting information is complete and accurate
2. Conduct post mortem analysis of payouts to evaluate the effectiveness of different plans and propose changes
3. Ensure timely delivery of targets and monthly/YTD achievement to stakeholders.
4. Work closely with Sales leaders to effectively communicate the compensation structure and calculations.
5. Strict adherence to plan rules on draw, clawbacks, commission caps, etc
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for driving results.
7. Maintain and refresh documentation outlining policies and procedures.
8. Assist with the rollout of annual compensation plan
9. Ad Hoc analysis into coverage to financial plan, performance of plan types, and promotional campaign
What You'll Bring
10. Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Incentive compensation or Sales Operations within a software company
11. Pay meticulous attention to detail as the role primarily revolves around sales compensation.
12. Possess strong critical thinking abilities to identify potential issues and provide effective solutions.
13. Proficiency in comprehending intricate details, synthesizing information, and communicating findings effectively
14. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing best practices to ensure work is scalable
15. Collaborative team player capable of partnering with individuals at all organizational levels and working independently
16. Familiarity with sales commission tools is a plus
