Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve best practices and maximize site operational performance.
* Provide strong leadership and foster engagement within the team.
* Manage customer requirements and ensure the achievement of challenging KPIs.
* Prioritize health, safety, and quality standards, and focus on developing colleagues.
* Apply Continuous Improvement programs (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean).
* Manage performance to deliver high levels of customer service.
* Attend meetings to discuss performance, plans, and team targets, maintaining a mindset of continuous improvement.
Key Skills/Experience
* Previous Operations Management experience is essential.
* Ability to manage and develop the entire operational team.
* Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining committed staff.
* Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office.
* Ability to create and implement effective site communication plans to enhance colleague engagement.
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent motivational skills.
