Role: Appliances Dental Lab Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Preparation & Pouring:
· Pour and prepare dental models from impressions received.
1. Digital Scanning & 3D Printing:
· Scan analogue models to generate STL files.
· Operate 3D printers to fabricate dental models and prosthetics from STL files.
1. Appliances:
· Perform minor onsite repairs for crowns & bridges (C&B), make bleaching trays, retainers, mouth guards and models, all to a high standard. The candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running without much help.
· Make necessary adjustments to contacts and finishing to ensure product quality.
1. Customer Support & Reporting:
· Maintain detailed reports for all customer cases and lab work.
· Provide updates on case progress and issues encountered.
1. Onsite Visits & Technical Support:
· Visit clinics as required for model preparation or intraoral scanning (IOS).
· Assist dental professionals with lab-related technical support.
1. Additional Duties:
· Undertake any other tasks as assigned to support lab operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a dental field is preferred.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Previous experience in a lab setting is desirable but not essential.
* Flexible to work at weekends when needed due to work volume or rush jobs etc
* Able to speak English fluently.

Pay: £30,000.00-£41,986.94 per year
