Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in one of the surrounding villages to Kettering. Due to the team working closely with US and Canadian customers, the hours are set between 6pm and 10pm to ensure overlap with their working day and allow for real-time communication and support.
Purpose of role:
This is a fast paced role where youll be managing a high volume of orders through the ERP system, supporting mainly US and Canadian customers. Youll take ownership of your own accounts, keeping orders on track and in line with SLAs. Alongside regular communication with customers and internal teams, youll handle queries and resolve issues.
What your day to day will look like:
Youll be handling a high volume of orders, making sure everything is entered onto the ERP system accurately and within SLA timeframes. This will focus on US and Canadian orders, including pulling through EDI submissions, sense checking them and picking up any issues if they arise.
