Our People Services function is seeking a People Services Advisor to help redefine how we deliver operational HR support across Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. The People Services Advisor plays a vital role within the People Directorate. They will support Senior People Services Advisors and Leaders in providing a comprehensive range of proactive and reactive HR activities and services across the Health Board. This role requires leveraging generalist HR knowledge, skills, and experience to coach and support managers and staff on various employment matters.
This position currently supports hybrid working, combining remote work, office presence, and site visits across the CTM portfolio, with a high degree of autonomy in managing your schedule within core hours.

* Utilize and enhance your employee relations skills to resolve issues and advise on best practices in people management.
* Contribute to designing, testing, and implementing new HR technologies and digital solutions to modernize our practices and support compassionate decision-making.
* Assist in the scope, design, and delivery of new HR products and services to meet team needs.
* Deliver online and face-to-face training to build confidence in applying HR policies and discretionary decision-making.
* Support organizational change projects and HR solutions aligned with our strategic priorities.
