Are you a flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for variety and valuable experience across different school settings? Completely Care is recruiting reliable and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work on a temporary basis in different education settings across Reading and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:
5. Support students in the classroom with their learning and development
6. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored assistance to individual pupils or small groups
7. Adapt quickly to new school environments and build positive relationships with pupils and staff
8. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning space
9. Assist with behaviour management and promote positive behaviour strategies
What We’re Looking For:
10. Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (preferred)
11. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
12. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
13. Flexibility to travel to different schools within the Didcot area
14. A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
