Our client is looking for a proactive Strategy Analyst to join their team in Chichester!

Position: Strategy Analyst
Location: Chichester (accessible via public transport)
Hybrid: After probation minimum 2 days in office
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Analysis
Review data sets to extract insights and collaborate with analysts to enhance customer outcomes.
Identify efficiency and savings opportunities across customer portfolios, ensuring accurate tracking within internal systems.
Progress opportunities through to resolution, working with relevant internal teams.
Conduct periodic full account reviews to identify further analytical or savings opportunities.
Manage consumption analysis and present findings to customers in the required format.
Data Management
Regularly review and update operational data to maintain accuracy and high data integrity.
Ensure consumption and related data align with contractual requirements and support effective performance management.
Complete required system or market‑related transactions.
Develop dashboards and reporting views (in collaboration with internal data teams) to streamline workflows and improve operational oversight.
Communications
Work closely with Account Management to maximise opportunities and communicate any barriers or successes.
Collaborate with Technical Teams to optimise processes and enable strong customer outcomes.
Manage incoming queries and calls professionally, ensuring timely responses in line with service expectations.
Attend regular team meetings, ensuring actions are identified and completed.
Provide clear, consistent updates to senior analysts, line managers, and operational leaders.
Maintain strong communication within the Operations Team, contributing to shared goals.
Projects
Identify and support project initiatives within Operations.
Provide support during the onboarding of new customers, ensuring smooth transitions.
