We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated teachers to help shape education provision in Dumfries and Galloway. Our commitment to teachers is demonstrated through high-quality professional learning opportunities. We aim to attract and appoint highly skilled Primary Teachers to work within the Primary School Learning Centre.
This position is for 35 hours per week (1.0FTE); applications for part-time hours will also be considered.

A relocation package of up to £5000 may be available for the successful candidate (Permanent positions only). Please see attached guidance for further details.
Applicants must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), Clerwood House, 96 Clermiston Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6UT, in the appropriate sector.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG update check before a formal offer of employment is made.
Applicants who have resided outside the UK within the last 5 years, if offered a position, will need to provide a police record check from the relevant authorities in their country of residence.
