You’ll oversee, manage and lead the sales team, together with the other Sales Managers, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved to maximise company profit.
Our client's ideal candidate will excel in sales, adept at coaching and leading by example. They will possess exceptional communication skills, fostering an environment of inspiration and collaboration with a positive and resilient mindset.
On offer is a competitive salary of £50k + up to 5% annual bonus + industry benefits. This is an office based role in Swindon and requires flexible working hours.
