Contract: Full Time - Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours, Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote
About the role: Power NI, part of Energia Group, offers an exciting opportunity for Credit Controllers based in Belfast. The role involves negotiating with customers to offer suitable repayment options and working within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with domestic customers facing difficulties paying energy bills via inbound and outbound calls. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, understand customer perspectives, actively listen, and effectively communicate solutions and boundaries.
About you:
* Experience handling difficult conversations in a target-driven environment
* Resilience, empathy, and adaptability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications
