Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Supplier Manager. This role is critical in overseeing the relationships with our external vendors, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of our data, and managing operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in vendor management, operations, finance, and data optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Vendor Management
o Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
o Negotiate contracts and SLAs for best terms.
o Monitor vendor performance and compliance.
o Manage vendor costs with Operations and Finance.
o Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks.
* Data Management
o Establish data governance for quality and security.
o Oversee data integration across sources.
o Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
o Support analytics with reliable data from vendors.
* Operations Management
o Streamline operations to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
o Manage daily vendor workflows and resolve issues.
o Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
o Apply product knowledge to support operations.
* Financial Management
o Support vendor budgeting and forecasting.
o Provide timely vendor expense reports.
o Analyze vendor costs and benefits.
o Ensure correct cost allocations with finance.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in finance, vendor management, data management, and client relationship management.
Critical Skills
* Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
* Expertise in data governance, data integration, and data quality assurance.
* Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Additional / Desired Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
* Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
* Master\'s degree in business, Analytics or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, FRM) is a plus.
