A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our internal Technology team. This position will form a key part of the Technology Infrastructure team, working within a team and giving you exposure to leading technologies. Reporting into the IT Technical Support Manager, the Senior Technical Support Analyst is responsible for assisting with cloud migration, supporting, maintaining, and improving the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
