About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst / Statistical Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end data analysis activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables across clinical trials and related domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead statistical programming and data analysis activities across multiple studies and therapeutic areas.
* Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs for datasets, tables, listings, and figures in compliance with CDISC (SDTM, ADaM) standards.
* Interpret study protocols, SAPs, and CRFs to ensure accurate implementation.
* Provide oversight on data cleaning, query management, and quality checks.
* Mentor junior programmers, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including statisticians, data managers, and clinical stakeholders.
* Represent the statistical programming function during audits and client interactions.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and development of departmental tools/macros.
Requirements
* 10+ years of professional experience in data analysis, including 5 years in clinical trials.
* Strong expertise with SAS programming, SQL, and proficiency in R* and Python* for data visualization and statistical analysis.
* Proven experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and regulatory submissions.
* Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data migration, and integration of multiple datasets.
* Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory expectations.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
* SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 (preferred).
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
