Location: Oxford Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours per week (School Hours) Pay: £ per hour
Are you looking for a rewarding Learning Support Assistant role in Oxford? We’re seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our client’s education support team, providing high‑quality learning support to students aged 16+ with a range of additional needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience in education, care, or support work who is looking for consistent, full‑time employment during school hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in‑class support to learners with additional needs, including autism, dyslexia, learning difficulties, and physical or sensory impairments
Deliver tailored 1:1 and small‑group learning support based on individual education plans
Promote an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support teams, and families to help students progress and achieve their goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an educational, care, or support setting (qualifications welcome but not essential)
A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND
Excellent communication skills, patience, and adaptability
A proactive, collaborative approach to working within a team
