The Role

1. Coordinate diaries and availability for 1:1 values discussions and team sessions across multiple departments.
2. Keep everything running smoothly from booking rooms and sending invites to tracking progress and producing reports.
3. Work closely with facilitators and team leaders to ensure sessions happen on time and to plan.
4. Be the go-to person for queries and help us keep momentum in this high-profile project.
This role is critical to achieving project milestones within a condensed timeframe. Full-time hours are preferred to meet the high volume of scheduling and coordination required, but flexible working requests will be considered in line with policy.

What we'll need you to bring

7. Excellent communication and IT skills.
8. Professional qualification i.e. HNC in a relevant discipline (Business Admin/Secretarial Studies/Public Administration) or equivalent previous experience in a secretarial role
9. Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. Good organisational and planning skills.
12. Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
13. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure..
14. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

Please note this is a fixed term post where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Learning & Organisational Development within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters
The working pattern for this role: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
