What We're Looking For
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 10+ years post-qualification experience
* Experience scaling a high-growth business, ideally in agriculture, social enterprise, or subscription models
* Strong understanding of B Corp and mission-driven business metrics
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate numbers into narrative
* Passion for sustainability and community-building
