Conveyancing Paralegal | Regional Firm | Career Progression with Training Programme | Wiltshire I’m interested in speaking with an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking firm with offices across Wiltshire. This is a development role suited to someone local, enthusiastic, and looking to build a lasting career in residential property within a progressive and supportive environment.The firm has grown significantly over recent years, with over 75 staff across its four regional offices, and an annual turnover approaching £5 million. The Residential Conveyancing department is one of the largest and most active parts of the business, currently made up of over 30 professionals including solicitors, legal executives, paralegals, and administrative support staff. They handle a steady flow of matters, including high-value residential sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions, and are deeply embedded in the local property market.You will work closely with one of the team’s experienced conveyancing lawyers, assisting with both legal and administrative elements of transactions. You’ll need excellent written English, strong organisational skills, a calm and client-focused approach, and a willingness to take initiative under pressure.
