Procurement Officer (Band 5)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Officer (Band 5) to join the NHS Grampian Procurement Team on a permanent, full‑time basis (36 hours per week). The role involves supporting the Procurement Team in delivering and implementing local and national agreements and achieving savings across the Organisation. The post holder will be a forward‑thinking individual with a strong background in procurement and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the procurement team in the delivery and implementation of agreements.
* Assisting in achieving savings across the organization.
* Managing procurement activities and maintaining high standards of work.
* Using Microsoft Excel effectively to analyze and report procurement data.
Qualifications:
* Experience and a proven track record in procurement.
* Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and deliver results to a high standard.

* Permanent position, full time (36 hours per week). Hours will remain unchanged with a pro‑rata increase in hourly rate.
