Business Development Executive (Spain) – remote role located in Spain
Must haves:
* Commutable to Madrid & Barcelona
* Fluent in Spanish

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Establish, strengthen, and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
* Business Development (Tier 2 – 4 Accounts)
* Convert qualified incoming leads for Tier 2 – 4 accounts.
* Regularly contact Tier 2-4 major spending customers.
* Forecast sales on a monthly basis in line with CRM processes.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline via CRM (Salesforce).
* Prepare and follow up on demand generation campaigns for existing Tier 2 to 4 accounts.
* Translate the latest Cyber Security developments into Event Success Check List activities.
* Promote company events through social media channels.
* Engage with Tier 2-4 VIPs for specific events.
* Manage event-specific pipeline and invite delegates.
* Support event promotion and escalation tactics when necessary.
* Respond to delegate feedback and conduct follow-up calls.
* Attend and support meetings, events, and trade shows.
* Support the Operations Team at events.
* Manage targets, KPIs, and objectives.
* Handle invoicing and aged debt processes for accounts.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Build the brand within the Cyber Security community.
* Perform additional tasks as requested.
