Role Purpose
Lead and develop client service accounts as a Digital PR specialist, delivering strategic campaigns that integrate PR, SEO, content marketing, social, influencer, and OOH tactics. Drive link‑earning and visibility‑focused PR activity, ensuring measurable outcomes across Reach, Engagement, and Action.
Responsibilities
* Generate creative, newsworthy ideas through ideation and validation processes aligned with each client’s strategy.
* Consider opportunities to extend ideas across social, influencer marketing, OOH, and other channels.
* Use backlink profiles, LLM analysis, and competitor research to shape data‑driven PR strategies that secure high‑quality media placements.
* Take full ownership of campaigns and project outputs, building on existing project management skills across assigned accounts.
* Act as a client‑facing consultant, confidently presenting concepts, project plans, and strategic updates in meetings and calls.
* Leverage tools such as Ahrefs, MuckRack, BuzzStream, and ResponseSource to drive campaign success; be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Stay actively engaged in the wider PR, SEO, and marketing landscape, sharing relevant insights, trends, and learnings to foster collective growth.
* Understand the evolving role of PR in search and LLM‑based search, and work with clients to improve understanding through audits and strategy work.
* Apply a test‑and‑learn mindset to campaign activity, continually innovating media earning tactics.
* Support the creation of post‑campaign reports, clearly demonstrating outcomes, media value, and search impact.
* Produce high‑quality written content, including press releases, onsite editorial, media pitches, and client communications with attention to tone, grammar, and purpose.
* Welcoming feedback and pursuing continuous development in craft.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of PR or Digital PR experience, either in‑house or within an agency.
* Outstanding client‑facing skills, communicating with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
* Natural curiosity, always plugged into current affairs, social and consumer trends, and pop culture.
* Proven track record of delivering impactful results for high‑profile brands across top‑tier media.
* Initiative and creative problem‑solving, eager to learn and ask the right questions.
* Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in agile or larger cross‑functional teams.
* Positive team presence and clear communication.
* Excellent attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.
* Effective time management, juggling multiple priorities with strong organisational skills.
* Analytical mindset, using data to drive decisions; experience with data extraction or analysis tools is a bonus.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking innovation, improvement, and growth.
* Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a bonus.
