Job Opportunity: Assistant Network Manager (Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work with the Network Manager and support our Inherited Bleeding Disorders and Inherited Metabolic Diseases services.
The networks have been commissioned by the NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee (JCC) to ensure equity of care for people with inherited bleeding disorders and inherited metabolic diseases across Wales. We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Network Manager on a fixed term or secondment basis for 12 months. We are keen to hear from someone who is ambitious, creative, and focused, with a proactive approach to service development. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams are essential.
The role includes ensuring effective clinic management and supporting the facilitation of new ways of working within the network through various IT solutions.

The successful candidate will require excellent leadership skills to develop the service across the networks. Experience in organisational governance and a proven track record of operational success are essential. You will be part of a proactive and dynamic team committed to achieving the best outcomes for patients.
Key skills include excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and confidently engage with colleagues across NHS Wales is vital. The role may require autonomous working to advance your own programme and innovative problem-solving to overcome challenges.
The candidate must be willing to travel to other centres across the region.
