We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern:
Varied shifts including early mornings (5.30am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. This role also includes working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training will be provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device—no CV needed!
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. You must be aged 18 or over, as the role requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service—responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
