* Working 1:1 or with small groups to support SEN learners
* Promoting an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere
* Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCPs
* Supporting the Catholic ethos and values of the school
Requirements
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant (essential)
* Passion for inclusivity and supporting diverse learning needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week
