What your days will look like:
You will join our team of expertsspecialisingin supporting clients with theirPillar Two Compliance,Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. Our clients range from multinationals to smallermid-tierclients across a wide range of industry sectors, providing you with opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge.
Supporting the delivery of Pillar Two compliance serviceson a breadth of clientengagementsincluding but not limited to;
1. Datacollectionand analysis
2. Preparation andreview of Pillar Two compliance calculations,and
3. Submission ofreturns
4. Reviewingtheorganisation, analysis, and formatting of raw data intostandardisedtemplates for tax compliance purposes
5. Supporting our team of experts in the review and submission of corporation tax returns& tax accounting deliverables.
6. Project management of engagements
7. Client relationship & stakeholder management
8. Being responsible fororganising,monitoringand managing your own workload
9. Coaching and mentoring team members
10. Budget monitoring
This role is for you if:
11. Technical knowledge of theglobalPillar Tworulesand filing requirements
12. Experience of preparing/reviewingtransitional safeharbourand fullrulescalculations
13. Strong UK corporate tax skills
14. Strongclient relationship & stakeholder management
15. Be fully or partqualifiedinHoldan accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g.ACA, ATT, CTA or similar) (or international equivalent) or have demonstrable knowledge and skills that these qualifications provide.
16. Developed client service ethos and can adopt a flexible approach to meeting client needs.
17. Be able toestablish,build,andmaintaina good working relationship with key decision makers.
18. Dataliteracy and analytical skills.
19. Desirable to have experience workingon a global basis with remote teams, includingdeliverycentres
20. A continuous process improvement mindset
