A vacancy has arisen for a Sergeant (Any Profession) to serve as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Station Plans at RAF Boulmer on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 06 July 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status). The post is responsible to the Chief of Staff RAF Boulmer or the Station Adjutant in their absence. Responsible for: Provide administrative support for the movement of personnel between and relocating from Remote Radar Heads (RRHs) in support of 144SU, Operations and Station. Engage with appropriate stakeholders to enable the handover of service facilities at RRHs. Liaise with and support 144SU personnel in the delivery of Boulmer Station’s output at RAF Boulmer and multiple remote sites located throughout the UK. Manage and allocate workforce for internal taskings. Complete the duties of building custodian (BC) for Station Head Quarters. Station liaison for the activation of the Business Continuity Plan and capture of Lessons Identified (LI). Support to Station Resilience and Continuity. Lead and manage LI workshops. Establishment Authoriser. Station POC for visiting forces, both personnel and equipment during exercise periods. Act as the coordinator between 144SU and Station, facilitating Siting Boards through the Station Infrastructure Team when required.
