Salary: £25,148 - £29,119 (FTE)
Part-time: 28 hours per week (Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm)

What you’ll be doing
1. Health & Safety and Fire Checks: Ensuring compliance with accurate records and proactive follow-up.
2. Viewings, Sign-ups, and Move-ins: Supporting new residents to feel informed and confident from day one.
3. Managing Move-outs: Coordinating with lettings and contractors to minimize voids and uphold standards.
4. Resident Support: Using tools like ILPs and risk assessments to provide tailored support with dignity.
5. Safeguarding: Recognizing issues and taking swift, appropriate action.
6. Community Life: Encouraging residents to participate in social and wellbeing activities.
7. ASB: Handling issues firmly and fairly, supporting affected individuals and setting clear expectations.
8. DBS Compliance: Maintaining accurate records for all entering the scheme, including contractors and volunteers.
9. Partnership Working: Liaising with care providers, GPs, social services, and families to ensure coordinated support.
10. Money Matters: Assisting residents in accessing benefits and managing arrears.
11. Being the ‘go-to’: Serving as the first point of contact for residents, families, and professionals.

What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Confidence with health and safety basics
* Understanding of the needs of older or vulnerable people
* Background in housing, care, or support
* Strong record-keeping and confidentiality standards
Nice-to-haves (or willingness to work towards):
* Full UK driving licence
* Level 3 in Housing or Supported Housing
* Supervisory or management training
* Health & Safety qualification
* Knowledge of welfare benefits like Housing Benefit or Universal Credit
