This is a fixed term contract up to 31 March 2027.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to work within our Lettings team to relet our empty homes in a timely manner, making best use of our stock. Working closely alongside the housing management and repairs teams, you will need to work collaboratively to ensure we provide an excellent service to our customers.
You will need to demonstrate:
• Experience of letting homes and working with customers
• Innovation and problem-solving skills with a willingness to make changes
• Great interpersonal, communication and IT skills
• Excellent time management and personal organisational skills
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
