About the Role
As a Customer Care Operative, you’ll be the face of our business for homeowners after completion — providing responsive, high-quality repairs and maintenance. You’ll use your broad range of trade skills to ensure every home meets our high standards and that customers are completely satisfied with their new home experience.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of aftercare works in customers’ homes, including carpentry, decorating, tiling, plumbing, and general maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve defects efficiently and professionally.
*
Deliver excellent levels of customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners and colleagues.
*
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of finish.
*
Liaise with the Customer Care team and Site Managers to coordinate remedial works and manage materials.
About You
*
Proven experience as a multi-trade operative, preferably within the housebuilding or property maintenance sector.
*
Confident in a range of trades, ideally with a core skill such as carpentry, plumbing, or decorating.
*
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
*
