ASSISTANT MANAGER – FULHAM | PRIME CENTRAL LONDON MARKET | £100K+ POTENTIAL

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator ready to step into an Assistant Manager position with genuine autonomy, earning potential, and room to build something of their own.


You’ll be joining a growing Fulham operation with two established branches in the area, backed by a highly successful wider network, but with real opportunity to make your own mark locally.

This isn’t a heavily micromanaged environment. The manager is based across the neighbouring branch network, so they’re looking for someone commercially sharp, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of the market, driving instructions, and leading from the front.


💰 Year 1 OTE: £70K+

🚀 Year 2 OTE: £100K+

The role

This is a billing leadership role where you’ll be expected to:

* Conduct valuations and win new instructions
* Drive market share across Fulham and surrounding prime areas
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion
* Generate business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and repeat business
* Support and influence team performance whilst leading from the front
* Take ownership of your pipeline, figures, and growth of the office

* Proven experience within the Central or Prime London sales market
* Strong track record of winning business and generating revenue
* Confident carrying out valuations and converting instructions
* Commercially driven with leadership qualities
* Self-sufficient and motivated without needing close management
