Senior Finance Manager

What you'll be doing:
* Owning the preparation, analysis, and delivery of accurate and timely management accounts.
* Leading the internal and external audit processes, ensuring smooth and efficient year-end reporting.
* Driving automation and continuous improvement within the finance function.
* Acting as a trusted business partner, providing clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
* Supporting FP&A with budgets and forecasts, and collaborating across the business.
About you:
You'll bring strong commercial and financial acumen, a sharp analytical mind, and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
What we're looking for:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with solid post-qualified experience.
* A track record of managing audits and delivering robust management accounts.
* Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* An appetite for innovation, growth, and making a real impact.
