Weare seeking to recruit a team administrator as soon as possible to help supportthe Neuro and extended Young Minds Matter clinical teams.
Main duties of the job
To provide asecretarial, administrative and clerical support service to the Child andAdolescent Mental Health Service (Young Minds Matter) Clinical Team withinNavigo, with specific support to the Neuro team.
The postholder will be pivotal in ensuring an excellent administrative service isprovided within agreed set time restraints.

Job responsibilities
1.To providea full, effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support serviceto all staff within the clinical team co-ordinating ad hoc daily administrationtasks to ensure the effective and efficient running of the service.
2.To formatcorrespondence following appointments, ensuring timescales are met andinformation is saved accurately on the electronic system.
3.Willsupport the day-to-day diary management of clinical team members.
4.To formatall reports, letters, assessments, reviews, care plans, discharges etc aspertinent to the work of the Team within set timescales and accurate saving tothe electronic system.
5.Assist incover of aspects of the role of the admin team as and when requested/required.
6.To workwithin set processes and guidelines to maintain efficient, accurate and confidentialrecord systems.
7.To assistin overseeing work on a day-to-day basis of any bank, temporary and adminsupport staff bringing any issues to the attention of Admin Team Lead.
8.To attendand participate in relevant team meetings including Administrative, Clinicaland Business Meetings.
9.To dealwith telephone enquiries from service users suffering with mental healthillnesses using empathy, understanding, initiative, tact and tenacity whereappropriate ensuring accurate information is forwarded appropriately in orderfor appropriate care and follow up to be facilitated.
10.To liaisewith a range of internal and external personnel on a daily basis includingClinical Professionals, Service Users and their Families/Carers, GP practices,Consultants, Hospital departments and Health and Local Authority staff.

Person Specification
Experience
* Previous office experience.
* Maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
* Team Working.
* Previous experience working in an NHS environment.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level grade A to C or equivalent including Mathematics and English Language.
* RSA/OCR Grade 3 Typing/Word Processing standard or equivalent.
* Able to demonstrate knowledge, experience and training.
Knowledge
* Understands the need for confidentiality.
* Understanding of client group.
* Previous NHS secretarial/ administrative experience and knowledge of hospital administration procedures.
Additional Requirements
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
* Excellent customer service skills with the experience and ability to deal with telephone enquiries from other Agencies, Service Users, their families and carers as well as Mental Health professionals.
* Ability to minute complex clinical meetings.
* Ability to deal with stressful situations and clients.
