Person Specification
Essential
1. Proven experience in a central ordering, supply chain, replenishment, or planning role within retail, wholesale, or FMCG.
2. Hands-on experience using Relex or similar demand planning / replenishment systems.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into action.
4. Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
6. Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
7. High level of IT literacy, including Excel and ERP/order management systems.
Desirable
8. Experience leading or supervising a team.
9. Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
10. Professional supply chain or procurement qualifications.
11. Experience supporting promotions, seasonal planning, and range changes.
