Our supported living service in Westhill provides support to adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs to live in their shared home.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, managing personal finances, assisting with medication, personal care, and maintaining their tenancy.
You will also support people to make the most out of their lives, encouraging involvement in their local community, hobbies, and interests, and participating in activities such as trips to the cinema, discos, and meals out.
Shift patterns vary within our Supported Living services, typically lasting 8-12 hours, between 7:30 am - 10 pm, including weekends.
Hours per week: Various up to 36 hours.
Based in North East Scotland, Archway has been providing services to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families for over 30 years. We offer residential respite, permanent care, and supported living services.
No prior experience or qualifications are necessary to start your career with us.
