Overview
St John Rigby College offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses at all levels in a highly supportive environment to approximately 1500 full-time students aged 16-18. We welcome applications from people who are keen to work with us to deliver educational excellence at all levels. In January 2024 the College retained its Ofsted “outstanding” judgement with inspectors commenting; “students are highly motivated to achieve”. In December 2023, the “outstanding” inspection report from the Catholic Schools Inspectorate began with; “St John Rigby College is a joyful, happy and supportive community.”
Casual Sports Coaches
Sports: netball, men’s basketball, women’s football and men and women’s rugby league
Circa 2 hours per week from 12.45pm on a Wednesday (may be up to 7 hours dependent on fixture location).
Salary: £20 an hour
Responsibilities
Lead training sessions that build skill, confidence and teamwork. Inspire, motivate and elevate athletes to their full potential. Communicate effectively and work with individuals or teams of all abilities.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with individuals or teams of all abilities.
