Recruitment Officer
Bright Futures Care is a specialist organisation supporting young people and adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties, including complex communication, sensory, and behavioural needs. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a vital role in attracting and onboarding talented individuals who share our commitment to providing outstanding care. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment experience.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full recruitment process for new homes and schools
* Ensure compliance with Safer Recruitment standards and eligibility and background checks.
* Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
* Work closely with managers to understand staffing needs and plan recruitment activity.
* Maintain and optimise our Applicant Tracking System (insights) and recruitment channels.
* Use data and insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
* Represent Bright Futures Care professionally, promoting our values and culture.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an inhouse recruiter
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Team player
* Strong attention to detail and solutions driven
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
* Experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications:
* HR/Recruitment qualifications desirable.
* Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
