We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Cleaner to help keep our facilities shining and our members feeling supported. Role Overview As a Full-Time Cleaner at Novo Gyms, you will play an essential role in creating a safe, spotless, and welcoming space for our members. Your work helps maintain the high standards of hygiene and presentation our gym community expects—especially within our signature recovery areas. Key Responsibilities Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout all gym areas, including training zones, change rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces. Perform regular cleaning and sanitisation of the recovery zone, including: Sauna Steam room Resting and cooling areas Clean and maintain waste drains to ensure proper hygiene and safe water flow. Refill cleaning supplies, hygiene products, and restocking stations as needed. Monitor cleanliness standards during operating hours and respond promptly to any issues. Work collaboratively with the gym team to uphold Novo Gyms’ cleanliness and safety standards. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, hygienic spaces. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Comfort working in warm, humid environments (e.g., sauna and steam room cleaning). Previous cleaning experience (commercial or hospitality) is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as rostered.
