Job Overview:
An exciting & sought after Product Manager role to manage Tefal Jamie Oliver (JO) Housewares brand & the innovative Tefal Ingenio products where you will take responsibility for an ambitious growth plan that seeks to drive market share! The position is a superb product management role in a dynamic category as well as a fantastic opportunity to develop your skill set by working with talented co-workers & with the potential to progress to be a Marketing Manager of the future.
Key Responsibilities as a Product Manager at Groupe SEB:
* Owning and adapting a UK product range for Jamie Oliver/Ingenio Housewares ensuring an appropriate mix of new products, exclusives and novelty products that appeal to key consumer needs.
* Delivering on budgeted net sales, standard gross margin (SGM) and market share objectives.
* Setting Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) and Retailer invoice prices to ensure that targeted standard gross margin (SGM) is achieved.
* Creating retailer distribution plans in conjunction with the sales team to ensure that select eCom and retailers list and drive sell out.
* Ensuring that Above the Line (ABL) and Below the Line (BTL) investments for product ranges are optimized by effective online and offline shopper activation.
* Building highly collaborative working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Jamie Oliver Licensing teams, retailer buying teams, eCom and shopper activation teams.
Qualifications and Skills required as a Product Manager at Groupe SEB:
* You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Product Management, including sole responsibility for setting RRPs, managing retailer invoice pricing and margin. Alternatively, you will have strong experience as a Buyer or within a Licensing environment
* You will possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
* A CIM qualification is highly desirable.
* You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
* Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
* Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.
* Ability to convince and influence through verbal and written communications.
* You are results driven and motivated by your objectives.
* You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.
* You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
* You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.
Overview on package – Product Manager – Groupe SEB:
* Working Monday to Friday
* Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross collaboration.

This position is suitable for candidates that can demonstrate experience in Commercial Marketing and an interest in Product Marketing with Profit and Loss accountability or a strong experience in Buying within the Houseware category.
