Legal Case Management System Champion (12 months fixed term), Cheltenham
Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented Legal PA or operations specialist with a passion for legal technology? Do you excel at improving systems and supporting colleagues in a modern law firm environment? My client, a leading law firm committed to innovation and inclusiveness, is seeking a Legal Case Management Systems Champion for a fixed-term contract in Cheltenham.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and implement improvements to the legal case management system.
2. Participate in data improvement forums, identify opportunities for enhancements, and promote best practices.
3. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and new features.
4. Provide expert support for training and serve as the primary resource for user queries.
5. Maintain accurate records (Courts, Mediators, Experts, etc.).
6. Act as the main contact for system engagement and user feedback to improve adoption.
7. Assist in preparing process documentation and user guides.
8. Manage access permissions, ensuring privacy and security standards are upheld.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with legal case management systems or strong systems skills and tech confidence as a Legal PA are essential.
You should be detail-focused, analytical, and capable of identifying data quality improvements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and train colleagues, translating technical concepts into simple language, are also required.
