A highly regarded regional law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its well-established and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor in Leeds to work within a collaborative, commercially focused team handling a broad range of high-quality real estate matters.
As a Real Estate Solicitor in their Leeds office, you’ll act for a diverse client base on complex and engaging work, with strong support, clear progression and flexible working.
The Role
* Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
* Handling acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
* Supporting development and investment work
* Acting on leases, licences and property finance matters
* Working closely with corporate and banking teams
* Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and team growth
The Candidate
* 1–5 PQE Solicitor with real estate or commercial property experience
* Strong technical knowledge across commercial property matters
* Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Able to manage matters independently with support
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Ambitious with a desire to progress
