Make a Real Difference in People’s Recovery Journeys We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse at every stage of their recovery — from initial assessment and engagement through structured treatment and into sustained recovery. (This includes providing 121 sessions, group sessions, triage's / assessments, supporting clients on OST medication) This is a varied and rewarding position where you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes long-term positive outcomes.
