We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our thriving Dental practice full time in Houston TX. Join our amazing, successful, and growth- minded team Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general dentistry, have pediatric experience, and likes to work with the pediatric population. Preferably the incoming dentist has 3-5 years of experience and is already credentialled with Medi in TX (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Duties:
* General Dentistry with a focus on the pediatric population
* Develop relationships with Kids/ parents, effectively communicating treatment plans to English speaking parents or having the DA translate for them for Spanish speaking parents
* Diagnosis tooth pathology and present treatment options
* Perform general dentistry (mainly pediatrics and potentially adults)- SSC, basic fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis with a cavitron
* Documentation- timely and accurate
* Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
* Comply with all ICA guidelines
Requirements:
* DDS/DMD degree
* Active and unrestricted license in state of TX
* 3-5 years Pediatric dental experience preferred, and likes to work with the pediatric population
* Credentialled with Medi in TX preferred (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).
Schedule:
* Full time
Salary (range):
* $260k per year (~ $1k per day for 6 months or better of 30% of production)
