We are seeking a talented individual to join our client’s dynamic team as a First Line Support
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first/second line technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
* Support users with Office 365 applications and services.
* Document support processes and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
* Collaborate with other support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest long-term solutions.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and IT infrastructure.
* Experience with Windows.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
